CLP
The Classification, Labelling and Packaging (CLP) Regulation ensures that chemical hazards are clearly identified and communicated across the EU. It requires companies to effectively and adequately classify, label and package chemicals before placing them on the market.
The CLP Regulation was revised in 2024, which introduced updates to improve clarity and alignment with global standards. The EPMF closely monitors the implementation of the CLP Regulation to ensure consistency with other EU chemicals laws, such as REACH.
